Na\u0161e organick\u00e9 produkty obsahuj\u00ed jen ty nejkvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsady spl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed po\u017eadavky evropsk\u00e9ho na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed 2018\/848 a 2021\/1165 o ekologick\u00e9m zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V p\u016fvodn\u00edm smyslu znamenal pojem \u201eorganick\u00fd\u201c plodiny p\u011bstovan\u00e9 ve zdrav\u00e9 p\u016fd\u011b \u2013 a takto jej mnohdy vn\u00edmaj\u00ed i \u00fa\u0159ady. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b zem\u00ed sv\u011bta plat\u00ed, \u017ee nep\u011bstujete-li v p\u016fd\u011b, nem\u016f\u017eete sv\u00e9 produkty ozna\u010dovat jako organick\u00e9. USA jsou od listopadu 2017 jedinou zem\u00ed, kde m\u016f\u017eete jako \u201eorganick\u00e9\u201c ozna\u010dovat i rostliny p\u011bstovan\u00e9 hydroponicky \u2013 za podm\u00ednky, \u017ee pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te organickou v\u00fd\u017eivu. Pokud ale v USA ne\u017eijete, nem\u016f\u017eete sv\u00e9 hydroponicky p\u011bstovan\u00e9 produkty ozna\u010dovat jako \u201eorganick\u00e9\u201c, ani kdy\u017e organickou v\u00fd\u017eivu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te. Pro\u010d se tedy v\u016fbec zaj\u00edmat o organick\u00e9 p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed jinde ne\u017e v p\u016fd\u011b?<\/p>\n<p>Jednodu\u0161e proto, \u017ee podobn\u011b jako u miner\u00e1ln\u00ed hydroponie \u0161et\u0159\u00ed p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed bez substr\u00e1tu v recirkula\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9mech vodu a dramaticky zvy\u0161uje produktivitu i v\u00fdnosy. Organick\u00e9 p\u011bstitelstv\u00ed dok\u00e1\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it pom\u011br plozen\u00ed v\u016f\u010di vegetativn\u00edmu r\u016fstu, co\u017e nap\u0159\u00edklad znamen\u00e1 v\u00edce raj\u010dat z men\u0161\u00edch, m\u00e9n\u011b olist\u011bn\u00fdch rostlin.<\/p>\n<p>V\u011bdci z \u0159ady zem\u00ed hledali dlouho efektivn\u00ed zp\u016fsob, jak dos\u00e1hnout opravdu organick\u00e9 hydroponie. Ale zat\u00edmco vytvo\u0159it organick\u00e9 hnojivo, je\u017e lze pou\u017e\u00edt v p\u016fd\u011b, je jednoduch\u00e9 (sta\u010d\u00ed oby\u010dejn\u00e1 chl\u00e9vsk\u00e1 mrva), reprodukovat kvalitn\u011b vy\u017eivovan\u00fd, ale p\u0159itom vyv\u00e1\u017een\u00fd mikrobi\u00e1ln\u00ed ekosyst\u00e9m, jak\u00fd najdeme v t\u00e9 nejlep\u0161\u00ed organick\u00e9 p\u016fd\u011b, v tekouc\u00ed vod\u011b u\u017e tak snadn\u00e9 nen\u00ed.<br \/>\nPak v roce 2004 William Texier, spoluzakladatel Terra Aquatica, vyvinul prost\u0159edek zvan\u00fd BioSevia (nyn\u00ed Pro Organic) \u2013 revolu\u010dn\u00ed \u201etekutou p\u016fdu\u201c, je\u017e ve spojen\u00ed s vhodn\u00fdmi prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fdmi mikroorganismy* p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed aktivity humusov\u00e9 vrstvy v p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed p\u016fd\u011b do \u017eivn\u00e9ho roztoku. Nejde ani tak o \u010dasovou n\u00e1ro\u010dnost, ale sp\u00ed\u0161e o oblast \u201evizu\u00e1ln\u00ed pozornosti a dohledu\u201c. Na bioponii m\u00e1 stejn\u011b velk\u00fd dopad pozornost u\u017eivatele jako hodnoty pH a EC \u2013 i ty jsou v\u0161ak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdmi ukazateli. N\u00ed\u017ee uv\u00e1d\u00edme n\u011bkolik z\u00e1sad, jak p\u0159i bioptick\u00e9m p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed s vyu\u017eit\u00edm Pro Organic dos\u00e1hnout \u00fasp\u011bchu.<br \/>\n<strong>Prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 mikroorganismy:<\/strong><br \/>\nBioponie je zalo\u017eena na symbi\u00f3ze mezi p\u011bstitelem, mikroorganismy a rostlinami. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k \u00fasp\u011bchu p\u0159i bioponii je tedy zabr\u00e1nit n\u00e1hl\u00fdm v\u00fdkyv\u016fm.<br \/>\nP\u0159idat prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 mikroorganismy (doporu\u010dujeme Trikologic nebo StreptoLogic) lze snadno \u2013 sta\u010d\u00ed je nasypat p\u0159\u00edmo do vlhk\u00e9ho substr\u00e1tu, nap\u0159\u00edklad rockwoolu, kokosu \u010di perlitu, \u010di je p\u0159idat p\u0159\u00edmo do \u017eivn\u00e9ho roztoku v cirkula\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9mech a opakovat ka\u017ed\u00fdch 6\u20138 t\u00fddn\u016f, a op\u011bt po druh\u00e9m t\u00fddnu ve zcela bezsubstr\u00e1tov\u00fdch syst\u00e9mech. D\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed je uvedeno u jednotliv\u00fdch produkt\u016f. Za\u010dn\u011bte na doporu\u010den\u00fdch hodnot\u00e1ch, nebojte se ale m\u00edrn\u011b upravovat d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed podle pot\u0159eb va\u0161ich rostlin.<br \/>\nEC je m\u011b\u0159eno po \u00faprav\u011b pH (pH 5,5 a\u017e 6,5) a p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed \u017eivin a dopl\u0148k\u016f.<br \/>\n\u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch pufr\u016f. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pH \u017eivn\u00e9ho roztoku m\u00e1 tendenci stoupat. V bioponii ale pH nem\u00e1 takov\u00fd v\u00fdznam. M\u016f\u017ee bez probl\u00e9m\u016f vzr\u016fst a\u017e na 7,5.<br \/>\nJakmile tuto hodnotu p\u0159es\u00e1hne, je t\u0159eba je pomalu sni\u017eovat na 6,0, ov\u0161em postupn\u011b, po dobu p\u011bti a\u017e \u0161esti dn\u016f. K tomu pou\u017eijte tekut\u00fd produkt pH &#8211; od Terra Aquatica, jeliko\u017e organick\u00e9 pufry v n\u011bm obsa\u017een\u00e9 v bioponii dob\u0159e funguj\u00ed. (pozn.: pH &#8211; nen\u00ed organick\u00fd produkt).<br \/>\nProst\u0159edek na \u00fapravu pH p\u0159ed pou\u017eit\u00edm na\u0159e\u010fte a p\u0159id\u00e1vejte jej pomalu po tro\u0161k\u00e1ch. Nalijte jej do n\u00e1dr\u017ee daleko od pumpy (p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b pumpu vypn\u011bte). Zabr\u00e1n\u00edte t\u00edm vystaven\u00ed rostlin p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e9mu stresu v d\u016fsledku n\u00e1hl\u00e9 zm\u011bny pH. Nikdy k tomu nepou\u017e\u00edvejte kyseliny chlorovod\u00edkovou a octovou (tj. ocet apod.).<br \/>\nV\u00fdrazn\u00fd pokles pH zna\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee do\u0161lo k \u00famrt\u00ed velk\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed mikroorganism\u016f. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 nal\u00e9zt p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu, opravit ji a mikroorganismy doplnit.<br \/>\n<strong>Vodivost<\/strong><br \/>\nVodivost je nejodli\u0161n\u011bj\u0161\u00edm aspektem bioponick\u00e9ho p\u011bstov\u00e1n\u00ed, proto\u017ee organick\u00e9 molekuly nemaj\u00ed elektrick\u00fd n\u00e1boj a EC metry je tak nezobrazuj\u00ed. A kdy\u017e na\u0159ed\u00edte Pro Organic ve vod\u011b, pouze jeho mal\u00fd zlomek se ihned rozpust\u00ed a p\u0159em\u011bn\u00ed v ionty, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek velice n\u00edzkou vodivost.<br \/>\nPrvn\u00ed den p\u0159i p\u0159id\u00e1n\u00ed d\u00e1vky 1,5 ml do litru vody z vodovodu nam\u011b\u0159\u00edte EC okolo 0,6\u20130,7 mS. Tato n\u00edzk\u00e1 vodivost je obecn\u011b dostate\u010dn\u00e1.<br \/>\nPo tomto obdob\u00ed dod\u00e1vejte \u017eiviny jen tehdy, kdy\u017e EC klesne pod 0,8 a p\u0159ihl\u00e9dn\u011bte k d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed uveden\u00e9mu v tabulk\u00e1ch.<br \/>\nUdr\u017eujte hodnotu vodivosti mezi 0,8 a 1,0.<br \/>\nPokud je to mo\u017en\u00e9, sna\u017ete se zachovat toto d\u00e1vkov\u00e1n\u00ed bez v\u00fdm\u011bny \u017eivn\u00e9ho roztoku \u2013 zachov\u00e1te tak v\u0161echny v\u00fdhody prost\u0159ed\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jste vytvo\u0159ili.<br \/>\nKdy\u017e se v\u00fd\u017eivov\u00e9 prvky uvoln\u00ed, ostatn\u00ed rostlina vst\u0159eb\u00e1 a vodivost bude m\u00edt sklon z\u016fstat v rovnov\u00e1ze na p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b stejn\u00fdch hodnot\u00e1ch. Kdy\u017e za\u010dne b\u00fdt z\u00e1sob organick\u00e9 hmoty nedostatek, EC klesne a je na \u010dase dodat v\u00edce \u017eivin.<br \/>\nVypad\u00e1 to jednodu\u0161e, pro optim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdsledky je ale d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159edv\u00eddat tento pokles EC a zajistit neust\u00e1l\u00fd p\u0159\u00edsun organick\u00e9 hmoty. Nep\u0159id\u00e1vejte mnoho v\u00fd\u017eivy nar\u00e1z, proto\u017ee rozklad molekul z\u00e1vis\u00ed na pokojov\u00e9 teplot\u011b. M\u00edra aktivity mikroorganism\u016f se dokonce p\u0159i r\u016fzn\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch \u017eivn\u00e9ho roztoku (ide\u00e1ln\u011b 18\u2013 21 \u00b0C) zcela z\u00e1sadn\u011b li\u0161\u00ed. Je-li v roztoku obsa\u017eeno p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 organick\u00e9 hmoty, m\u016f\u017ee n\u00e1r\u016fst teploty zv\u00fd\u0161it aktivitu mikroorganism\u016f i vodivost na \u00farove\u0148, kter\u00e1 \u0161kod\u00ed rostlin\u00e1m. Nal\u00e9zt spr\u00e1vnou rovnov\u00e1hu nen\u00ed v\u017edy lehk\u00e9. Pr\u00e1v\u011b zde hodn\u011b z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed na pozornosti p\u011bstitele!<br \/>\n<strong>Filtrace<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Filtrace je velice d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, zejm\u00e9na v hork\u00e9m podneb\u00ed a p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s odhalen\u00fdmi ko\u0159eny, kter\u00e9 jsou voln\u011b v \u017eivn\u00e9m roztoku. Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dky je nutn\u00e9 z \u017eivn\u00e9ho roztoku filtrovat, proto\u017ee by jinak mohly ko\u0159eny zadusit, obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 v hork\u00e9m klimatu. Je v\u017edy lep\u0161\u00ed m\u00edt v oblasti ko\u0159en\u016f pouze lehko asimilovan\u00e9 ionty.<br \/>\nV p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Pro Organic sta\u010d\u00ed oby\u010dejn\u00fd p\u011bnov\u00fd filtr na p\u0159\u00edvodu pumpy. Pokud nejsou sv\u011btlo, proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu, teplota, vlhkost a regulace \u0161k\u016fdc\u016f \/ patogen\u016f p\u0159izp\u016fsobeny pot\u0159eb\u00e1m rostliny, nebude spr\u00e1vn\u011b fungovat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd syst\u00e9m ani v\u00fd\u017eiva.
